Farnell don't have 20n50s but do have 20n60s.

http://uk.farnell.com/jsp/search2/browse.jsp?N=500015&Ntk=gensearch_001&Ntt=20n60&Ntx=&_requestid=739140

Don't mix up the IGBTs and mosfets. Also check what IR and STM have.

Try RS Components, part number 248-4242, ST part number STW20NB50.
http://www.rs-export.com

Datasheet:
http://docs-europe.electrocomponents.com/webdocs/002f/0900766b8002f66d.pdf

Otherwise Farnell appear to have the STW20NK50Z.

how I get on.

There is a service manual for the welder available at WWW.CEBORA.IT
but you need a password to access it.
Have tried asking for a password to no avail:-(.
