From: richardb5 on 29 Apr 2010 23:34 My Outlook 2003 allows me to reply to a message. When I do so, entering Send, the message is stored in the Outbox. It is not in italics, so it stays there when I select Send/Receive. I can enter new messages and copy everything, but Reply is a lot easier. I switched to Norton a few days ago with no problem. It was slow, so I selected to disable scanning of outgoing e-mail. Then the Reply stopped working. I got rid of Norton, but the error is still there.

From: richardb5 on 1 May 2010 18:25 Peter, Thank you, It was the Norton toolbar on the Outlook that was messing up. Once that was removed, no problem. rich "Peter Foldes" wrote: > Richard > > Use the following to remove all the remainders of Norton which is still on your > system > http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039 > > > -- > Peter > > Please Reply to Newsgroup for the benefit of others > Requests for assistance by email can not and will not be acknowledged. > http://www.microsoft.com/protect > > "richardb5" <richardb5(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message > news:EA816AE9-B48A-419C-AC70-BFCC8FD20948(a)microsoft.com... > > My Outlook 2003 allows me to reply to a message. > > I got rid of Norton, but the error is still there. > > > > . >
