From: Jeff Needle on 31 Jan 2010 16:54 When I reply to an email, the text of the original is set off by a vertical bar. I want to set off my inline comments in some way that they'll stand out in the reply. I go to Options, E-mail options, and see where I can check off a box that lets me specially format my comments. But the box is grayed out, and nothing I do seems to activate the box. Why is it grayed out? WinXP, Outlook 2003. As always, thanks. -- ------------------------------------------ Jeffrey Needle jeff.needle(a)gmail.com
