Description:

1. Strong Data Modeling skills – clear understanding of normal form
and cardinality

2. Strong Oracle background – construction of complex SQL queries,
report writing, and query optimization will be key success factors in
working independently

3. Experience in both performing and planning a migration effort of
equal or greater size
