The best suggestion I can give would be to deploy Office via Terminal Server
in your office, i.e. not as a remote access solution, this way everyone has
the same settings regardless of what computer they use.

The current Windows Server versions do not have the capability to integrate
terminal server applications w/ the local client OS, but applications like
Provision Management Framework Enterprise Edition, 2X ApplicationServer,
Ericom PowerTerm WebConnect and Citrix Presentation Server can be added to
Terminal Server so applications run seamlessly on the client computer.
