From: polymox on 30 Jan 2010 05:48 I've recently started using quicken 2010 Home and Business and have set up all accounts without too much trouble, save for this one hiccup. My wife has a post-tax payroll deduction for a Roth 401(k), and this is partially matched by her employer with tax deferred money. The brokerage used does not support Quicken's auto update. In Quicken, the only option that I've found for 401(k) contributions is pre-tax, which causes problems with Quicken's income and taxation tracking. Also, I haven't found Any other deduction categories that offer employer match. This is turning into a rambling question so I'll get to the point. How can I get Quicken to accept that the 401(k) is both post-tax and matched by the employer? ##-----------------------------------------------## Newsgroup Access Courtesy http://www.rockryno.com/ Tax and Accounting Software Forums Web and RSS access to your favorite newsgroup - alt.comp.software.financial.quicken - 20381 messages and counting! ##-----------------------------------------------##
