Hi,
I'm trying to setup routing and remote access on a system running Windows
Server 2003, Web Edition. I have two other systems that I've gotten to run
the program just fine, but here I am beating my self up trying to figure out
what causes it not to run. Here is the message I receive when I click
repair:

Windows could not finish repairing the problem because the following action
cannot be completed: Clearing the ARP Catch

I've already tested the adapter and I'm sure that it works
