Hi all,

Can someone help me with the files of rudimentary network emulator (RUNE) toolbox and/or possibly a book in how to use it?

But seriously, if you Google for "rudimentary network emulator", one of the
first hits is a Master's thesis that indicates this was created by someone
at Ericsson Radio Systems. That thesis includes a reference to a technical
document that I'd probably ask my local library if they could obtain. My
guess is that technical document would indicate how (if possible) you could
obtain this toolbox.
