From: Deep on 25 Mar 2010 16:19 I want to create a rule for the customer service dept where customers would send an email and will receive automated message from customer service email but I want to make sure they see what ever they put in their subject line when they receive this automated message. I tried this "Re:%%subject%%" and it did not work. Any ideas?
