The code won't run native. There may be an emulator in the dot.net development suite. There are tools to let you access the pda screen from your desktop. One such should be built into active sync...not sure...don't use it. There are gonna be hardware interface issues. Depends on exactly what you're trying to do. The new device emulators are pretty good, but without knowing more technical information about the application it is impossible to be definite. It won't run as a native application, it would have to be in some kind of emulator.
