I have a need to access some of my saved .pst and .dbx files from outlook
express. I'm currently running on Vista with Windows Live Mail installed.
Anyone have any pointers on how I can access these archived files? I
wouldn't mind installing outlook express, if I could find and download a
copy of it.

Outlook Express doesn't use pst files

As DL said - Outlook Express doesn't use pst files. If you have a pst file
then the only application that can open it is Outlook. (NOT Outlook EXPRESS)
Windows Live Mail will import dbx files AS LONG AS the message store
contains the file called Folders.dbx.
