Delay load means it doesn't crash immediately but only crashes when
you try to call the function. However if you're trying to call some
java stuff in the opening function of your executable, then it will
crash almost immediately. I don't really know more than that. Call
the Mathworks to see if they know what is trying to call MSJava and
why you don't have it.
