WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS?

DO I ASK FOR COMPENSATION AS I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO WORK FROM HOME THE
COMPUTER HAS DISABLED WINDOWS 7 OWING TO THE FACT THAT I COULDN'T QUOTE THE
KEY PRODUCT ValidTION CODE NUMBER AS I DIDN'T POSSESS THE CD.

DO I LET THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY DEAL WITH IT?
