Position : SAP Technical SME 1 – Solution Architecture
Location : MO
Duration : 5 years
Rate : Open

Experience:
This position requires 10 years of experience in IV&V on SAP
applications solutions integration/implementation. Experience working
in SAP ECC 6.0/R3, CRM, BI/ BO environment with specific functional
knowledge across the core functionality of SAP. A minimum of three
(3) full life-cycles of IV&V [ES1]
on SAP implementations or significant upgrades is preferred.
Experience shall also include the following:
• Experience in conducting complete life cycle Independent
Verification and Validation (IV&V) of complex systems
• Shall have experience leading small to medium sized teams in
organizations and ability to work collaboratively with multiple
contract vendors
• Experience in creating test plans, test specifications and
test procedures, as well as test reports and formal test result
presentations.
• Experience in conducting system verification and validation
by examining the correctness, completeness, reliability, and
maintainability at each step in the development process to identify
flaws or errors as early as possible in a typical multi-phase SAP
software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience and understanding of the sub-components of the
SAP landscape required, to including: SAP ECC, SAP CRM, SAP Portals,
SAP Business Intelligence, Governance Risk and Controls
• SAP Basis technical experience in SAP CRM 5.1, ECC 6.0 BI
7.0 (Leasing Modules), with Global implementations and huge number of
concurrent users and multi-terabyte sized SAP Production systems
• Experience with Public Sector business processes to resolve
challenges involving SAP Configuration and Customizing
• Experience in full cycle technology implementations is
required
• In depth knowledge of SAP ERP integration concepts with ECC,
CRM, BI/BO, techniques and patterns
• In depth knowledge of structured application design,
programming & testing principles
• Experience in SAP SDLC, TOGAF, FEA and SAP ASAP
• Demonstrated ability to assimilate new technologies and
determine their usefulness and appropriate placement within an
existing technical architecture and landscape
• Possesses a strong understanding and knowledge of SAP
solution templates and standards for documentation, especially in
blueprint
• Preferred to have knowledge of root cause analysis
• Experience in SAP Solution Manager and eCATT
Education:
• Possesses a BS degree or higher in Information Systems,
Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Shall have ITIL Practitioner Certification for either ITIL
v. 2 or v.3
• Shall have ITIL Foundation Certification for either ITIL v.2
or v.3
• Shall have SAP certification
