From: SteveB on 28 Jun 2010 00:58 What firewall are you using and is port 25 forwarded to the IP of your external NIC? Also it's better not to use egghead or other secondary entities and access these MS newsgroups directly. Soon these MS newsgroups will be shut down anyway and you should switch to the new forums: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/smallbusinessserver/ They are also accessible via an NNTP bridge if you prefer to use a newsreader. From: Russ (SBITS.Biz) [SBS-MVP] on 28 Jun 2010 01:46 in addition Re Run the "Change IP Wizard" even though you won't change it and then re run the CEICW Wizard again. And why move to 2 NIC? I've been having people convert to 1 NIC since SBS2008 is the 1 NIC Topology? From: rahat on 28 Jun 2010 02:37 I am still having issues. I got netgear DG834G router and it is not letting me to select internal nic ip address. I disabled the routing and remote access services but still not working. --- frmsrcurl: http://msgroups.net/microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs/SBS-SERVER-EXCHANGE-NOT-RECIEVING-ANY-EMAILS

"What firewall are you using and is port 25 forwarded to the IP of your external NIC?" It won't forward to the internal NIC because that's in a different network from the router's LAN address. You forward to the external NIC. The DG834 works fine with SBS2003. It sounds as if you need the help of a consultant here. -- Joe
