Computer restarts and I get the the blue screen "the set up is restarting" and it happens over and over again. cannot start up safe mode, system restore, or repair options Is there a command prompt that will stop the set up from starting? If not what avenue should I pursue now? Completely at a loss and cant find this exact problem online dont know what to do. Any help would be appreciated, TIA
