From: John on 12 Apr 2010 00:32 I just ran the SBS 2003 Best Practices utility and it states that I do not have SP1 for SBS installed. I know I installed SP1 a few years back and then later installed SP2 for Windows 2003 Server. I am assuming that the utility does not recognize SP2 or is looking for SP1 which raises the question: Should I only have SP1 installed for SBS 2003 Standard and if so, is it possible/safe to remove SP2 for Windows 2003 Server? Any feedback would be appreciated.
From: SteveB on 12 Apr 2010 00:41 The BPA is actually referring to the specific SBS 2003 SP1 which included several components in addition to Windows Server 2003 SP1. You should confirm if SBS 2003 SP1 is installed or not. If not it should be installed even with Windows 2003 SP2 already there.
