I could not setup SPS2007 beta2. I get the following error.

Failed to register SharePoint services.
An exception of type System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException was thrown.
Additional exception information: The server threw an exception. (Exception

Please reply somebody ... I am getting the same error.

My environment:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+ (2.01 GHz)
Win 2003 Ent x64 Edition with SP1

Hope to hear some solution soon!
