Hi,

Is there any bets practices or guideline explains efficient ways to setup
virtual or pass-through disks for SQL Server on Hyper-V?

Use fixed size disks(easier to backup and move) if you do not require over 2
TB of data. Put them on a RAID10 or RAID 1 for good performance.
