OK, first of all, Ken, you have to recognize that what you're asking for are the meanings of those terms AS USED IN PHYSICS, and not as you've made them up to mean. Because what YOU think those terms mean is completely different than what they really mean. As has been told to you many, many times before, it is going to be useless for you to understand relativity if you don't even know the meanings of the words used in describing it, and a dictionary of everyday language usage is of no help with that. You MUST find the definitions of the terms AS USED IN PHYSICS. If you recognize this, then I'd be happy to tell you what an inertial reference frame means and what an absolute rest frame means.
