From: RPS on 10 Apr 2010 12:12 I suddenly have this issue at flyertalk.com forums. For example look at the specific thread http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/newsstand/1072640-i-dont-like-sound.html Until recently my Safari 4.03 + Pithhelmet used to block the ads while leaving the rest of the text alone. Now, and I can't think of anything I did to the settings, but since yesterday I can't block the ads while keeping the text. Only if I choose the PH setting to block no ads can I see the text (plus all the ads of course). Even the lowest level of ad blocking blocks the whole page. Any ideas/help greatly appreciated.

I use Safari/PIth Helmet with 10.6 and have never encountered such circumstances. I just set it, a number of years ago, and forgot it. I have no idea what to fiddle with. -- Dogmatism kills jazz. Safari Adblocker is way better at blocking ads: <http://sweetpproductions.com/safariadblocker/> -- Send responses to the relevant news group rather than email to me. E-mail sent to this address may be devoured by my very hungry SPAM filter. Due to Google's refusal to prevent spammers from posting messages through their servers, I often ignore posts from Google Groups. Use a real news client if you want me to see your posts. JR
