Primary direction is give group "Legal" r-x
Secondary direction is give group "Legalrwx" rwx
Thus everyone can be a member with r-x and a select few having rwx.

Why would the Group "legal" be recognized in the selection of Groups in
Windows list yet after selecting Check Names?
Then select OK and after a long pause change group "Legal" to
"SuperUser(root)?

Add Group engineering
YES = Valid group
Changes to engineering

Add Group legalrwx
NO = Not valid group
Defaults to SuperUser
