From: Preller, Markus on 23 Mar 2010 12:00 Hi, we upgraded one of our Solaris 10 (SPARC) machines from Samba 3.0.28 to 3.4.7. Symlinks are used within some shares that point to data outside the original share path. While this was no problem with Samba 3.0.28 access is denied with 3.4.7. I thought that 'wide links = Yes' and 'follow symlinks = Yes' in smb.conf should fix that but samba still gives me no access to the symlinked data. Any thoughts ? nest regards Markus Preller -- To unsubscribe from this list go to the following URL and read the instructions: https://lists.samba.org/mailman/options/samba |
