I've been tasked by my daughter to find out if there is a Facebook app
for use with a Samsung Blade (S5600) - that will enable her to access
Facebook for even longer than she does at present!

Anyone got any suggestions?

A quick Google suggests that yes, there is. I'm sure you're wondering
how I found this out - a clever combination of "Samsung Blade S5600
Facebook" into Google and sure enough, it turned up.

If she is accessing Facebook, I assume she has internet access. If so,
maybe she could also access Google instead of asking her Dad, the lazy
bint!

I tried Google - the web page that came up meant nothing to me!

The Samsung website appears to have an app for facebook, but only for
the Omnia

Well isn't she lucky that you are under less pressure! ;-)

As it is a HSDPA capable phone and assuming she would run it with a
data tariff, she could certainly access Facebook via the browser. This
link suggests there is a widget for Facebook:

The

best bet I suppose is to go into a Vodafone store and have a play....
