I use Excel 2007, others in my company use Excel 2003. Whenever I open a 2007 spreadsheet in my files, a second copy of it appears in the files with a little squiggle in front of the name. I'm assuming this is taking up space, so I periodically delete the squiggle spreadsheets. However, next time I open the SS, the squiggle shows up again. Why? Should I just save the spreadsheets as 97-2003?
