You do not NEED a "relativistic multiplier" to be relativistic.
Relativistic just means "as predicted by the theory of relativity" .. not
"multiplied by gamma". Again, you ignorance of what physics terms mean is
making you appear stupid.

It doesn't need to be there .. relativistic does NOT mean 'has a gamma in
the formula'. eg look at the 'relativistic velocity addition', look at
'relativistic doppler shift'

nonzero .. because the formula for the relativistic mass is M = P/c
