From: Piri on 1 Apr 2010 06:21 I am using Access 2007 on Windows 7 Home Premium. Microsoft USB mouse on an HP dv7 Pavilion laptop. When scrolling down a page of code it works for a few lines then the window freezes for some time. It is only affecting Access because I can Alt-Tab out to another app, then straight back to Access and it is okay again. This is happening often and is frustrating. Is this a known issue? I cannot find anything specific to this problem. I have tried disabling the touch pad and setting the mouse as the only pointing device. Windows reports the mouse driver is up to date? Mouse driver version is 6.1.7600.16385 and is dated 2006? Any ideas gratefully appreciated. Piri |
