I want to use the tfestimate function to get the frequency response and natural frequency of the system. The input and output signal have 29396 points, sampling freq = 100 Hz. By specifying segment length of 512, 1024, 2048 I got the natural freqs of 0.781 Hz, 0.976 Hz, 0.927 Hz . I am trying to understand how to determine the values to specify for 'segment length' and 'number of overlap points' for the function tfestimate. These values seem to have an effect on the output of the function. Thanks Madhu V. Shurpali
