From: Mark on 4 Mar 2010 20:36 Does anyone know if it is possible to have Exchange 2007 send a copy of messages to another mailbox? For example, when John Doe sends an e-mail a copy goes to another users mailbox. I would like this to be done "behind the scenes" so the user does not know it. Thanks.

Yes, this is called journaling. Note: some of these features may require Enterprise CAL. http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Exchange-Server-2007-Using-Journaling-Rules.html You will want to read up on this as there is more than one way to accomplish what you want with either built-in tools or 3rd party tools. -- Leonid S.
