Then open the Print dialog (Print button on ribbon in A2007, or Print on the File menu in previous versions.) You can now choose the printer to send it to. If you always want it to go to a specific printer rather than the Windows Default, open the report in design view, open the Print dialog, choose a printer, and then save the changes.
