From: Paul Macdonald on 12 Mar 2010 05:35 Hi, This might just be a heads up for other people who haven't upgraded this port yet but my sendmail+tls+sasl2-8.14.4 < needs updating (port has 8.14.4_1) led to a unstartable sendmail with: sendmail in free(): error: junk pointer, too high to make sense I just used portdowngrade to go back to 8.14.4 ( downgrade /usr/ports/mail/sendmail not /usr/ports/mail/sendmail-sasl2 if you're in the same boat) The upgrade was fine on 5 or 6 other boxes but the error was on a production box so i can't furnish much more details as obviously had to fix asap.
