Problem started with the server just freezing and having to physically push
the power button to reboot the server. When the server comes back up and
admin logs in, the server displays a system error in the event log: Event ID:
1003, description: Error code 0000000a, parameter1 00000016, parameter2
d000001b, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 80828156

Anyone seen this before? It happens randomly during work hours and after
hours.
