....gives me uk_GB and uk_GB.utf8 (amongst the other non-uk stuff)

I'm currently set (lang.sh) to use uk_GB which gives me ISO-8895-1

I've tried a few tricks I found while searching, but nothing sane.

How do I set things to ISO-8895-15?
