Prev: Why can't I see other mutually shared calendars?
Next: Sender info not viewable through OL, but is viewable through OWA
From: Dan Bass on 9 Mar 2010 13:38 I am unable to see the activities on my co-workers calendars in a Shared Calendar Folder view. I assume since they sent me invitations to share their calendars, that I would automatically have permissions to see their public activities. They can see my activities just fine. We are all using Outlook 2007 with Exchange Server 2007. Any thoughts? -- Dan Bass

If they gave you permission to view the activities, yes. If you only have Free/busy permissions you can only see it on the Scheduling tab of a meeting request or in a Group Schedule, not on the calendar. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM Do you sync your mailbox with a smartphone or pda? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=39473 "Dan Bass" <DanBass(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:0487066C-911E-4CE1-BEB8-0691011D9A5C(a)microsoft.com... > I am unable to see the activities on my co-workers calendars in a Shared > Calendar Folder view.
