Next: Why is my email sending duplicate emails when I have attachments?
From: jtwags on 26 May 2010 19:33 I am having the exact same problem. When i create a "new" email the defualt signature shows up. When I switch to the next email account the default signature disappears (as it should) but it is not replaced with the signature I have set up for the second account and when i switch back to the default account the default signature doesn't show up again either. The strange thing is when i reply to an email from the second account the correct signature shows up. I made sure the new email and reply/forward boxes are checked and the proper signature profile was selected for each email. I think it is a glitch in Outlook. maybe I need to reinstall. Has anyone figured out a solution or have a reccomendation??? Any help is greatly appreciated. Did you try disabling or changing the signature and then changing it back? Since only the new mail sign is bad for the second account, i would try changing it - maybe make a new sig and see if it works.
