I clicked Cancel This Meeting on a recurring meeting, expecting to be prompted (Cancel This Meeting or the Series). Outlook 2007 has cancelled the Series! Now I have to re-create the meeting, re-invite everyone, and all from scratch. This is bad. MS-BAD. HELP?

How do I recover a cancelled meeting I set up? (Outlook 2007)

A reoccuring meeting I set up inexlicably was cancelled after I added another
invitee to the meeting list. In fact, I wasn't prompted to send the update to
just the new invitee, or to all the invitees.

Here's the scenario:

1. I added an invitee to the a reoccurring meeting I set up
2. I clicked "Send"
3. I received email messages indicating the meeting is "cancelled"
4. All traces of the bi-weekly meeting are missing from my calendar
5. Furthermore, I created a sharepoint meeting workspace that I don't want
to lose!
6. All the invitees received an "Update" message, and happily accepeted the
meeting again.
7. I now don't have control of the meeting, because it isn't in my calendar

I do have the "cancelled" meeting messages in my deleted folder.

Can I restore the meeting back in my calendar? If so, how ?
Thanks,
