From: Jason Filippou on 22 Jun 2010 05:30 I did install os-prober as directed and reran update-grub, and I'd like to note the following output when I ran os-prober itself: jason(a)debian:~$ sudo os-prober [sudo] password for root: ls: cannot access /media/win: Input/output error ls: cannot access /media/win: Input/output error ls: cannot access /media/win: Input/output error ls: cannot access /media/win: Input/output error jason(a)debian:~$ /media/win is, of course, the mountpoint of the ntfs partition holding windows. Would this have anything to do with my problem? -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-user-REQUEST(a)lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
