I am designing a system in simscape. How can I make the JK FF in simscape library?

I assume you refer to the Jk Flip-Flop from the Simulink Extras library. Why
don't you use the block as is and interface to Simscape using the
Simulink-PS and PS-Simulink converter blocks?
