Some calendar entries (without attachments) are greater than 100 kb.

Why not?

You ask such a vague question that no one can answer with anything but
nonsense or humor. Please give details. Outlook version, account type, and
how you are determining the entry size are the barest minimum details. Be as
descriptive as possible when asking a question.
