If you want to try, you can contact Compuware and see if they want to
part with the product, or to publish the source in some form. Some of
us from the old DriverStudio team tried and failed. It's been four
years now since the product was closed, and our team scattered far and
wide, but even today I bet that a tweak or two to the symbols module
and a new OSI files for each of the new flavors of Windows is all it
would take to bring it back to life.
