Solidworks 2006 Batch Print

Weldment cut-list question
I had a weldment to do that contained 1.0 sch 40 and 1.0 sch 80 pipe. I edited the 1.0 sch 40 pipe and Saved As 1.0 sch 80. It shows up in the cut-list as sch 40 though. What am I missing? loading 2005
I tried loading 2005 SW and got the error message "The database file C:\Program Files\Common File\Solidworks Data\lang\english\swbrowser.mdb" is not the expected version (9.02). E-drawing color off
Sent an e-drawing to a client of an audio case. Mostly black with some aluminum parts. The outside frame on my e-drawings came up green. His showed fine when he opened it. ????
