From: amit on 8 Jun 2010 05:36 Hiii all, I am currently doing the programming using matlab when i tried to solve the given set of equation which were ODE-PDE coupled equation with certain boundary condition can any one help me out in solving the problem dT/dt = s- aT-BVT del I/del t + del I/del x = -D I(x,t) dV/dt= integration 0 to t(P*I(x,t)dx - cV here dT/dt is derivative while del I/del t is partial derivative T=no of cell I = no of infected cells D=constant for dealth of infected cell B=constant for infection of cell V= viral free cells t= time x=age of cells c= clearance rate of virus P =constant initial conditions I(0,t)=BVT is there any more information required in solving this equation and how this coupled ODE-PDE equation can be solved .. plzz reply as soon as possible Regards Amit
