Coming late to this party, but sounds to me more like he's channelling
chick corea with his right hand, and Stanley Clarke with his left. Lenny
White is there too, but buried in the mix. The only guy he left out was
Bill Connors, who was there in spirit . . .

And thanks for listening and the more than kind words!
Bill Connors......man, I really liked him a ton. As much as Demerol was a
technician, to me you can't beat the feel Connors played with. Just the way
he opened up his solo in Senior Mouse with that feedback gave me goose
bumps.
