From: Jenifer on 3 May 2010 15:42 I have a data set I am putting into a pivot table to show the data over time but do no not want the data added up. I have the product as a page by, the classification in row, mont in column, and # and % in data. The problem is it is adding the West New Customers and West Continuing Customers together. The data is already calculated so I just need the pivot to view the months across columns and the ability to choose a product to view. Is this possible without changing the data itself? example: Product CLASSIFICATION MONTH # % Cable TV Current Customers 1/1/2010 400 100.00% Cable TV New Customers 1/1/2010 100 25.00% Cable TV * West 1/1/2010 20 5.00% Cable TV * Southwest 1/1/2010 40 10.00% Cable TV * South 1/1/2010 40 10.00% Cable TV Canceled Customers 1/1/2010 0 0.00% Cable TV Continuing Customer 1/1/2010 300 75.00% Cable TV * West 1/1/2010 150 37.50% Cable TV * Southwest 1/1/2010 75 18.75% Cable TV * South 1/1/2010 75 18.75% Cable TV Returning Customers 1/1/2010 0 0.00% Cable TV Total Customers 1/1/2010 400 100.00% Cable TV Current Customers 2/1/2010 400 100.00% Cable TV New Customers 2/1/2010 100 25.00% Cable TV * West 2/1/2010 20 5.00% Cable TV * Southwest 2/1/2010 40 10.00% Cable TV * South 2/1/2010 40 10.00% Cable TV Canceled Customers 2/1/2010 0 0.00% Cable TV Continuing Customer 2/1/2010 300 75.00% Cable TV * West 2/1/2010 150 37.50% Cable TV * Southwest 2/1/2010 75 18.75% Cable TV * South 2/1/2010 75 18.75% Cable TV Returning Customers 2/1/2010 0 0.00% Cable TV Total Customers 2/1/2010 400 100.00% Thank you!
