From: Fred on 5 Nov 2009 10:35 I have a fairly long document that has been revised on several different dates, by three different people. I've been asked to summarize all the changes that were made by one person on October 27. Is there any way -- maybe using the reviewing pane -- to sort the tracked changes by date or by reviser? We're all using Word 2003 and XP Professional.
From: Wes from Scottsdale on 5 Nov 2009 18:38 I don't believe you can sort them by date, but you can filter the reviewers. On the Review tab, click the dropdown arror for Show Markup and hover on Reviewers. First de-select All Reviewers, then select the specific reviewer whose changes you want to see.
