I think I was on a correct path in my previous post of thinking there
is a Speed desert
where nothing in the Cosmos is travelling at those speeds between slow
speed
and photonic speed. If someone had the power of a universal tabulator
of the speed
of every object or "thing" in the Cosmos, I reckon the tabulation will
have only two
types of speed, the slow from about 0 to 1000 km/sec to the fast of
neutrino and
photon speed. And that the inbetween 1000 km/sec to speed of light is
a vast desert where
nothing has those speeds. Of all the speeds from 0 to that of 299,792
km/sec that 99% of
those speeds have no object going at those speeds.

I am not including the slowing of light. Or, if I were to include the
speed of light slowed
down, then I simply add the condition that no rest mass objects exist
inbetween slow
speed and light speed.

I think an experiment of Maxwell theory proves this. The fact that the
magnet moving
through wire loop has an upper bound of movement. This upper bound is
a slow speed.
As the magnet moves faster and faster, it gains energy or mass and
thence begins to
not produce electricity itself. So the faster moving magnet denies the
Maxwell law.
At what speed of the magnet that denies the Maxwell law, I do not
know, and perhaps
it is accounted for in the Maxwell theory. This upper bound of speed
of the magnet
would thence deny speeds beyond and up to the speed of light including
the speed
of light.

So definitely, I see a Speed Desert where Physics has speeds only in
the slow
range and only in the fastest end range of neutrino and photon.

The Maxwell theory itself implies that physics has only slow speeds
and photonic
speed with a vast region inbetween (99% of speeds) where no speeds are
allowed.
