It's not supposed to do anything. It's protection is what it adds to Windows, not that it sits around trying to catch some nasty. Adding a list of "bad" sites to the Restricted Sites security zone doesn't require SpywareBlaster to keep running. It adds the sites to this security zone and it's done. Adding a list of "bad" sites to the cookies block list doesn't require SpywareBlaster to keep running. It adds the sites to the cookies list (with Blocked status) and it's done. Adding killbits to the registry for ActiveX controls doesn't require SpywareBlaster to keep running. It adds the killbits to the registry and it's done. You don't how killbits work. You don't know about using the Restricted Sites security zone. You don't know about the Allow/Block cookies list. Why are you using a software tool that you don't know how it works?
