From: Brian on 27 Feb 2005 20:25 All of a sudden I am getting stop errors when logging off a user to switch to another. My account seems to be fine (administrator) but when my kids and wife try to log on to theres the blue screen of death pops up with the stop error listed on the subject line. I can't seem to find much help on the MS site. Thanks in advance for any help! Brian

Check the error message again to make sure it's c00021a and not c000021a which can be anything but is most likely related to the way you set up your wife and kids' user accounts. I'd remove the accounts you've set up and create new accounts for them making sure they have access to Like in : http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;156669 Or it could be something didn't install correct.
