Hi,

I've already post a similar msg. This time I would like to precise the idea:
I have the folowing image

Does someone know if it exists an ''automatic rubberband box'' that would select / regroup the white stripes between them?
It's a ROI problem, for sure, but this time the regroupment of the stripes seems obvious, I mean looking at it...

Thanks for your help, or thoughts / opinions

-use morphological operators to obtain end points of the line segments
-search for 3* or more collinear points? (* - or minimum number of line
segments in a 'group')
