Matt, Thank for helping, to explain more.... i just want to get the subtotal of each candidates in a separate worksheet showing only the subtotal (summary) for the report purpose. i cant do it due to the transaction include everyone n the final total is for all the candidates. i can only get the subtotal of each candidate by using filter. i need to print out the report, so i need to do a summary. is there any formula that i can use? i am trying to use "dsum" but, i am still facing some problem with it. can you help??
